Where Outlook is working - It works if the workstation is NOT on the domain but on the same network, it will find the autodiscover record and add the Exchange profile - It works outside the network - It works fine with Outlook regardless of scenario. Jan 30,  · Close Outlook client. Go to Control Panel > Mail > Show Profiles > Add, then setup this problematic account in new profile. Set "When starting Microsoft Outlook, use this profile: Prompt for a profile to be used". Open Outlook client, select this new profile when a window prompted.
