The article was dated A bit before Win10 public release. I suppose my 'Pseudo Interface' may have replaced the 'legacy' version you have been looking for, but don't know.
I just assumed Teredo Tunneling xx was either part of Windows, or if not, was installed with my mobo Ethernet drivers. Looking into it further I see that it may be a legacy feature which may not be required by Win10 as they seem to have come up.

I've gone into device manger and gone under add legacy hardware to attempt to add the driver. When opening the add hardware page, nothing for teredo shows up.
My guess is it has something to do with running Windows 10 Pro because my laptop which is running regular windows 10 already has Teredo installed and is able to flawlessly connect to the Xbox network. I Don't know if this helps, but teredo just doesn't exist on my computer. In reply to CDB53's post on March 30, You have also checked your network settings to verify IPv6 is enabled there? I'm pretty sure this is part of Windows. So there you have it.
