Oct 26,  · The add-ins you mentioned above (Microsoft Exchange add-in and Microsoft Access Outlook Add-in for Data Collection and Publishing) are built in addins and can only be disabled and not uninstalled. These add-ins are part of Office installation. Deleting the DLL files associated with these addins may cause more complications. So Microsoft does.
